Introducing, QITCHEN's MANGO SHORTCAKE..
2 layers of soft and lemony chiffon cake frosted with whipped cream icing and filled and topped with mango balls.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How many days before should I order?
QITCHEN: For pastry qitchen and hot qitchen items, It would be best to order at least two days before as cakes and the dishes are only made to order and production is still limited to a few. For cold qitchen items, orders can be placed even just a day before.

2. Is there a minimum purchase amount required to order?
QITCHEN: There is a minimum order of P1,000 for delivery to Makati. No minimum orders for pick-up or meet-ups. Certain arrangements can be made with QITCHEN regarding delivery to your place should you be near one of our pick-up points. Feel free to ask QITCHEN about this at 0922-8380308.

3. I want to order your mini-goodies but I see it's only available during the holiday season..
QITCHEN: Unfortunately, for individual orderings, our mini goodies, bars and cookies are only available during Christmas. We accept bulk orders though for parties and giveaways or at least 5 boxes of a particular item.

4. Does your four-cheese lasagna have meat?
QITCHEN: Yes, four-cheese lasagna has ground beef. Special requests can be made to replace ground beef with chicken, pork or vegetables for vegetarians.

5. How many days does your embutido keep?
QITCHEN: Our embutidos can be kept for as long as 10 days in the freezer but we doubt if it'll last you that long. It's best eaten cold from the refrigerator.

6. Is your soy chicken similar to the Hainanese chicken? I notice that they have the same soy-ginger dip.
QITCHEN: Yes, it is similar, except that the skin of Hainanese chicken is pale. Ours is a bit dark.
